Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A query entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the name or case number and supplies its results. Randolph County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or other direct message may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within the organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Page requests can automatically provide basic technical and usage details to the servers:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files saved on a visitor's device. They help measure which pages receive traffic and how visitors move through the website. Analytics services combine that activity into reports. A browser can block cookies, though disabling them may change how some functions behave.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Randolph County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal case information or court dockets. It publishes general directions to Search ARCourts, Randolph County Circuit Court, District Court, and the responsible clerks. Court-record access begins with Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 19; the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. §§ 25-19-101 et seq., is useful background but is not a mechanical substitute for the rules governing judicial records. Visitor data are not assembled into consumer reports, and the site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy terms govern the information submitted through those tools, including retention and sharing practices. Review the provider's policy before sending a query because this policy does not control the provider.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to court and clerk pages, Search ARCourts, legal resources, or commercial search tools. The destination's privacy policy applies after a visitor leaves this website. Check those terms before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites and select interest-based ads. Their tracking is subject to their policies.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data are not sold. Limited information may be available to:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used to protect collected information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so the website cannot promise that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor's information is identified, a request may be made for its deletion.
Your Data Rights
Applicable privacy or consumer-protection law may provide rights beyond those listed here. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act concerns access to covered public records; it does not by itself establish rights in data held by this private website. Visitors may still:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as practices or legal duties change. A replacement version will appear here with its new effective date.
