Why We Built This Site
Arkansas permits broad public access to many court records, yet finding the correct Randolph County custodian can be harder than running the search. Circuit Court covers criminal, civil, probate, domestic-relations, and juvenile divisions. District Court has a separate clerk for traffic, violations, misdemeanors, small claims, and limited civil matters. Search ARCourts can show public case information from participating courts, though it does not replace the clerk's file. This resource gathers the official search route, office contacts, record-request steps, and practical distinctions that help readers reach the correct court.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket help: ways to search and read Randolph County criminal court dockets and civil court dockets
- Dates and settings: steps for checking the court schedule and confirming a setting with the proper clerk
- Case lookup: instructions for using docket search fields such as party name, case number, county, and court
- Record orders: the difference between online case information, a filed document, and certified court case records
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not part of the Arkansas Judiciary, Randolph County government, or either clerk's office. Its limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set the provider's charges, maintain its data, or decide which results it returns.
